Shipping Policy – Metal Art Signs

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Delays:
During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing or shipping delays may occur. We appreciate your patience during these times.


Personalized Items

Personalized items are made-to-order. Please allow:

  • 1–4 weeks for production.
  • 2–5 business days for shipping (domestic).
    For complex designs or unique orders, production may take up to 6 weeks.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Flat rate shipping: $14.50 for all orders.
  • Free shipping: Available for orders over $100.

Shipping Time:
Depending on your location, shipping times are estimated at 2–5 business days.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship internationally.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, as some couriers (e.g., UPS and FedEx) do not service P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid physical address for delivery.


Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, contact us at customercare@metalartsigns.com with your name and order number, and we’ll investigate the issue.


Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We accept returns for non-personalized items up to 7 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued, minus shipping costs for the return.

Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, email us at customercare@metalartsigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases individually and strive to reach a satisfactory resolution.
