Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Metal Art Signs. Please review our refund and return policy to understand the terms and conditions for your purchases:


Custom Items

  • Custom items are non-refundable.
  • All products are made to order, and due to the time and resources allocated to production, cancellations or changes cannot be made after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

Non-Custom Items

  • Non-custom items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations cannot be processed.

Promotional and Sale Items

  • Promotional and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at customercare@metalartsigns.com within 5 days of receipt.
  2. Include a picture of the item(s) and the packaging.
  3. Retain the packaging until the claim is resolved. Discarding the packaging may result in claim denial.

We’ll work diligently to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exchanges

  • Non-custom products may be exchanged or returned within 5 days of receipt.
  • Fees may apply, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are not accepted for custom/personalized products, gift cards, or custom design fees.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The item is not in its original condition.
  • The item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our company.
  • The return is initiated more than 60 days after delivery.

Refund Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the return without tracking.
